Pantelli Associates are acting as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for two side by side terraced grade two listed properties in South Kensington. The buildings form part of a larger terraced run of similar listed houses in this private residential road. At present the buildings are in a state of disrepair and empty with a previous unsympathetic conversion of the property by previous owners.
